What is the desktop program for Android that's the equivalent to iTunes and Blackberry Link?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think there is a standard. Each manufacturer has his own thing probably.

Are you using a Windows machine? If so you should be able to just plug in the device and transfer to and from the PC.
