Android Market Problem

I keep having problems downloading/updating certain apps after I've used my phone for a while no matter what ROM I'm using.

When I try to download an App I'll get a notification saying "starting download" and then nothing will download. I've tried clearing the market cache, clearing the data, but nothing solves the problem except doing a fresh install. But, that is only a temporary solution that provides me with a short window for when I can download apps without any problems.

I was wondering if anyone who has encountered the same problem with the Optimus V has managed to find a solution.

Usually it's a market glitch that solves itself in a day.
