My Android market has the old version how can I upgrade my market to the new one.

You have to hit Menu, then Settings, go to Applications, Manage Applications, All, Market, make sure you "Clear data" and "Clear cache". You will not see the latest version of Market, until after you complete this and reboot your TB.

I did that and it still looks the same

Same here. Done all of the above 20+ times and going on 10 hours
