Android media player stuck in boot loop!

Hey, i bought a android tv type device a few months ago now, but its now stuck in a boot loop. As the device was only cheep theres no way to work the device but with a remote. It does have 2 usb ports and a sd card slot. Any suggestions on how to enter the device into dfu mode?

I could find nothing about the devices recovery mode. I could only find who would sell it. Have you contacted Customer service?

Is there no way to hard reset the device?

No way to hard reset, i havent contacted them to be honest, ill try to but i dont think they would do anything for me. Thanks for the replys anyway.
