Android MP3 Player to Compete With the iPod Touch

I came in here to create a thread posing this exact question and, lo' and behold, someone beat me to it, ha ha. Looks like there isn't a solid Android alternative to the iTouch then. Bummer. Maybe eventually. In the meantime, I'm rocking a Zune HD, which is very nice. I just wish it had a bigger screen, better browser and more apps. Sound quality is great though and the UI is pretty slick.

Searching around and saw articles saying that the device will be in the US in the spring....umm its March so maybe soon?

I'm typing this on my new Samsung Galaxy S WiFi. I love this thing. I got the 5" model. I originally got this to compliment my BlackBerry, but now I want to get an Android phone. I'll wait until my contract's up in a couple of months and see what my options are. If I could, I'd get the Galaxy S II today.
