Android O Installation

I was trying to install Android O on my nexus 5x.My device was shown in flashboot devices but when i tried to update the bootloader (-bash: bootloader: command not found) error was shown what to do now.

Looks like you are using Linux. You are trying to update the phone's bootloader or the bootloader on Linux when you got this error?

what commands are you running. The proper command would be :

fastboot flash bootloader <bootloader image>

Plus, you need to have the OEM Flash toggle in Developer Options set, otherwise it will block any attempt to flash anything.
