Can anyone share their battery life experience with this build? for me it seems impossible to get even 5h sot with low brightness/no Bluetooth. it's like this from the beginning of beta. waiting for final release and then contacting support :( would love to have my 6h back

If anything, my battery life has improved a little bit. 5 hours sot used to be about my Max and now I get closer to 6. Not unhappy about that at all. it seems as the beta builds have progressed I have needed to turn my brightness Factor up and now keep it around 85%. Still get good battery though

I was able to cast YouTube to my LG TV. I no longer have the option when trying to cast a video from my phone.
Anyone have a similar issue?

I still have one local banking app that doesn't work. However it's a crappy local/regional bank I'm working on leaving anyway so I don't really care. Everything else is working great.

I have always had some keyboard and touch lag with this Pixel 2. I don't use Google assistant so I would turn the squeeze off. Turning the squeeze back on helped with the touch lag but didn't erase it completely. It was double irritating because I would activate the damn Assistant sometimes and I don't want it. Figured out that if I just turn off Assistant altogether I don't have any issues at all.

Otherwise with Nova launcher this thing runs great and the battery life is very good. As always the camera is phenomenal and a big reason I love and have this phone.

This latest version is a bit buggy, moreso than the last. I hope we will be able to manage status icons in the near future.

That's insane we have such different experiences with battery life. Especially that most of the times I keep my brightness slider not even half the way and literally trying to save battery life, using as little mobile data as possible etc... Will have to figure something out. Thanks for sharing.

I haven't had any battery issues with any of the beta builds. I've gotten 5 or more hours of screen on time every build, up to 7+ at times. most of the apps on my phone are Google apps, very few non Google apps.

I can still cast YouTube to my Chromecast device connected to a Sony HDTV. Is the the cast option missing in YouTube or the the LG TV app?

Another thing I think I've noticed is that the adaptive brightness seems too aggressive when it comes to dimming the display. I always find it too dim in m most situations

See o think it's the opposite. When I need it dim it's way too bright. The rest of the time it's fine though.

Seems fine for me. My biggest beef is it looks like Google will not be adding the ability to schedule the AOD in P. Such an obvious thing to include and it is annoying having to switch it off at night.

First world problems I know!

This is going to sound crazy, but every time I get an updated OS I do a factory reset.
