My Wife just received that Android Pie update on her Nokia 6.1 (Purchased from Best Buy 6 months ago). She hated the gestures even though I begged her to give it a try, she had me turn them off. The phone looks just like the Pixel launcher on my Pixel 2 XL. I've messed around a little with the camera app and did not notice any lag so that's a huge plus.

Oh and we're in Texas.

My TA-1045 received the ota pie about two or three days ago. I'm located on the northeast coast of the US. It went very smoothly.
