All,

Side loaded Google Play Services and Android Pay.. It says that Android Pay is unavailable..
Has anyone gotten Android Pay to work.. I *really* hope I screwed up the side loading.

Hi there Dogbert. I'm having the same experience with my Galaxy Note 3 on Verizon. There's a good chance you've done everything correctly. I've downloaded the latest (correct) Google Play Services (-238), most recent Google Play Store apk, and Android Pay apk. I'm not rooted, and I've tried everything possible to get Android Pay to work (reboots, clearing data, clearing cache, specific activity launching, etc). When I open the Android Pay application, I'm greeted with the same pop-up that says "Android Pay is unavailable".

If you side load the APKs, play services does not flag the phone as valid. We have to wait for Android pay to be available in the Play store then the phone will be flagged to allow use.

Brandun,
Yes.. I followed your same basic sideloading methods.. I liked softcard and was hoping that the "G" would give us Verizon/AT&T note 3 users back some love.. So far, I am worried.

Xingularity... I *really* hope you are correct.. The forums on the sideloading pages show many having issues with the sideloading. So, I will hold out hope... Now if they would only drop the official version....

Anyone get android pay to work on their note 3. Still have not gotten the upgrade to it.

Samsung pay does not work with rooted phones and never will according to Google. This could be why you are having a problem. If you are not rooted then it may see that the app was sideloaded so flag you as rooted anyway.
