Android Central Question

I'm using an Asus Zenfone 4 Max (hand me down) and it was working fine before my mom gave it to me. She just cleared all the data for some apps, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Here is the list of things I tried to do and some information:

- The only thing available in my virtual keyboard is 'Google voice typing' and nothing else. There's an option to manage keyboards, but it's locked to it.
- I tried looking for 'GBOARD' or anything keyboard in the apps, but there wasn't anything. Even the ZenUI Keyboard.
- I tried to just install from the Play Store, but it required me to sign in. I couldn't log my Google account in with Google voice typing since it doesn't work with passwords.
- I disabled and enabled the apps 'Google', 'Chrome', and 'Google text-to-speech Engine'.
- I restarted my phone after every method I tried.
- I can't restore factory settings because there are important files in the phone that haven't been moved to another phone.

Thank you so much in advance! :)
