Android phones available in Canada with a hardware keyboard

My sister is finally ready to get a smartphone but she just can't get used to a touchscreen keyboard.

Her contract is up so she can choose whatever carrier works (Bell/Telus/Rogers/etc)

I'm just not sure what's out there right now with a hardware keyboard?

I am not sure if it is available in canada yet but the Desire Z may be good.

I would try the websites for those carriers to see what currently available.

i believe you might also want to look into the motorola milestone 2, the desire z should be out, i cant think of what else is available in canada as im in the states.
