Android Pie customized themes and icons

I'm about to upgrade my Note 8 to Pie. Will I still be able to use customizable themes and icons once I update, or will I be stuck with the stock theme/icon pack? (T-Mobile)

They're releasing it any day now. It's now in testing phase.
