Hi all

Ever since the September update my wifi connection has been crap. Things like IG and YouTube always buffer now.

Anyone else having issues?

The only "issue" I had is that it refuses to connect to hidden wireless, forcing me to get rid of this false security feature. Otherwise I've had no problem.

YouTube buffering is happening "out there on the internet" or between the your ISP and you. I just now ran a speedtest and, while it's slower than my desktop going to the router over Ethernet, it's still a healthy 86.6mbps, more than 10 times the speed you need for anything from YouTube. (Pixel 2 updates, but that shouldn't make any difference as large as 86.6 to buffering.)

I have had wifi issues on my galaxy s9 plus since I updated to android pie.

I have a Beginner level drone "snaptain S5C" that connects to my phone via wifi. I pretty much fly it every day for a boot around the block or two. And since the update it doesn't even recognize my drones wifi signal anymore. I searched advanced options and poured through forums and threads cant find much for a reason why. It just doesn't populate on my list of available wifi networks anymore it, although it does show up in my list of remembered networks, but shows out of range... My s9 plus has clearly most some form of wifi functionality since the Android pie update.

Also if anyone has any ideas I'd be happy to recieve any feedback.
