Android Q beta as daily driver?

I waited until a more stable Beta (5) before downloading to use on my Pixel 3 about a week ago and its been working just fine as my "daily driver"! So far I've only encountered two bugs; (1) can't get the app (CharmPass) that I use for paying for commuter train to do more than open to an all white screen with "account" displaying but inactive (not yet optimized, I guess so I use it from my work iPhone instead) and (2) I am unable to post a review in Google Play without the app and screen flashing like crazy until I finally close out of it.

It was fun when I was able to use it. I had to roll back to Pie, and then trying to redownload Q bricked BOTH my Pixel 3 and 3 XL. Completely corrupted the OS and couldn't find the OS anymore lol. Thankfully Google already replaced my 3 and a 3 XL replacement is in the works, but yeah... not doing that again lel

Same thing happened to me. I loaded it on my Pixel 3 XL and uninstalled, when I went to install again, it wiped the OS. I had to do an RMA with Google.

AA is fine now. In the early betas Bluetooth could get messed up if you got a phone call but that's all been sorted out. I'm not having any problems now and I love the new interface.

When you guys talk about AA, you are referring to having it built into your vehicle, right? I'm not lucky enough to have a car that supports it (yet). I use the AA app on my phone and connect it to my car via BT. Are you aware of any issues just using the app?

Just to follow up I've been using beta 5 as my daily driver since it was introduced.
It's definitely not perfect but it can be used just fine.
AA (and I have it built into my 18 Accord) works but also has some glitches. The biggest one being that I can make 1 hands free text usually just fine and if I then have to answer a text or if I want to send another, it doesn't work most of the time. It goes through the whole thing of confirming the text but doesn't send. It's very annoying but hasn't gotten me off of Q yet.
I have a 3xl and it's snappier with Q.
Waiting patiently for next release.
Any ideas of when we might expect that?

The two button interface doesn't play well with Nova launcher in Beta 5, it was fine in Beta 4. It now switches to the native launcher when you swipe up bring up multitasking.

In beta 6 , I really hope Google figure out both the battery meter on always on Ambient display, and the battery life in generall for the phone. also why notifications for my phone don't automatically appear on my own Ambient display...
