It is taking so long.As it started updating the phone just switched off and doesn't start up .is there any way bring it back on?***** there a problem?.the phone is just 2 days old.please reply!.

I agree with Laura Knotek, it's probably best to bring it back to where you bought it and ask for an exchange or refund. If you still want to keep trying, then see if wiping the cache partition does anything: https://www.t-mobile.com/support/de...y-s10/wipe-cache-partition-samsung-galaxy-s10
I would definitely return it for a refund or exchange. Since it is new you have that option.There is no response at all not even if u plug the charger.
The thing is it was working completely fine.and now it's been more than 8hrs since it's been switched off
