Android Studio App help

[Android Central Question]

Hello, I've setup a simple App that has a Sign In page then once verified by Google account sign in will land you on the secondary landing page. I followed these instructions;

Now instead of landing on my "Welcome" secondary screen after signing in, how do I load a external file, like an m3u playlist to load a list of video streams to watch/play?
