Android system using 20-30% battery every day... is that normal?

I've been seeing peoples screenshots of their battery usage screen, and it always shows their android systems only using 2-5% power. Mine always using around 30% a day. Is that normal? How are they lowing the usage on their systems?

It's pretty normal. Remember, many apps use functions from Android System.
