Android System Web View

There's an update pending, but I read that it's making apps crash and causing multiple reboots among other problems.

Is anyone having issues with this update?

Not since I uninstalled the update but plenty before. It seems to not be device or carrier specific either.

What is Webview? I notice that it also updated after LP.

Web view allows apps to hook into the chrome rendering engine to display web content

I have disabled that because it was updating all the time. I haven't had any issue after disabling, everything has been fine.

I updated it here but 0 issues. My Carrier is Etisalat from Dubai. Many have reported crashes though so keep that in mind. I suggest you install the updates, if all goes well then keep it, if not. just uninstall the updates
