Android test app causing kodi issue Uninstalled but comes back after uninstall

I have a streaming media box which as an android test app v1.0 com.ufo.miner. It keeps launching and stopping my kodi stream mid stream. I uninstall it but after less than 10 minutes it seems to auto reinstall. How can I permanently kill it please. Thx for advice
