Strange behavior in video mode

My wife has the S25 ultra and when she records video she's getting weird focusing issues. She's has been recording video of her collection of pops Iand when she pans across the different figures it starts switching lenses on its own. Its driving her crazy. I don't know how or what caused it because it's a new issue. Its never been a problem in the past. It's there and setting she triggered or is the phone done? Thanks for the help guys.

Is she using Camera Assistant from Good Lock? There is a setting that enables automatic lens switching based on what you're aiming your camera at. Maybe it's enabled?

Is the phone on Android 16 one UI 8?
Can try cleaning cache in the camera app then Force stop it
