Android TV box safe ?

Hi all , thinking of buying a TV box , seen a few about £40 but I'm wondering are they safe to be left plugged in ?? It would be on the same socket as my TV so it would be in a live socket whilst I watch tv but the box not powered on whilst I watch sky for example , thanks

your setup would be no different than millions of others. yes, it would be safe.

Thanks , just get a bit paranoid about them android boxes compared to something branded like an Amazon box
