Android TV Box vs Android TV Stick for My Car with Kenwood DDX 2DN Radio

Hi to all and thanks for reading my post.

I have now a KEWNOOD DDX7015BT 2DIN RADIO device and I need to buy an Android TV device preferably with usb port (don't know if use it for an USB GPS or use Bluetooth GPS...)

Question is: Better ANDROID TV BOX or ANDROID TV STICK? port must be a standard HDMI (big one)

Of course I need to power supply if it's a TV BOX and must be 12Volt and not 5Volt but ok it's not a problem with a reduced power adapter.

What do you suggest to buy fot this use ?

Interested in this too. Have a DNX571HD, and would be interested if I could add Android Auto through HDMI.
