Android tv box wont connect

I have an adroid tv box that's running version 9. I was able to get it to connect wirelessly the other day, but now cant. It works when I connect my box to the ethernet cable. When I try to connect wirelessly, my networks dont show up. When I connect wirelessly now, the wireless tab shuts off by itself. How can I connect wirelessly again?

I've tried rebooting, but nothing happened. I read to take a small pointed object like a toothpick and stick it the av slot.

The model of my box is transpeed, ram 4g, and rom 64g.
