Hi,
I have this Android TV set top box from my internet and cable provider (specs and info on the link below) and I have one crazy issue : It crashes almost every time I use my phone (LG G7+), if both in the same network (WiFi).

I already contacted my provider but all their solution is to give me replacement unit, which have the same issue, as this is my 3rd unit in just 5 days. I've tried playing games on my android tablet, browsing on my iPhone, nothing happens. Grab my G7+, open app drawer, suddenly the STB crashes. I have to unplug & plug the power cable and let it boot again.
The only solution is to turn off WiFi on the STB, but of course it lost abilities like controlling smart devices and casting videos. I also have other android TV box (Mi Box 3) but it works perfectly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
