I have an android TV box that started buffering in the last few days and will now not load as a result.
Nothing changed at my end and the subscriber suggests it may be the ISP throttling.
They recommend users implement a VPN on their box. I have done some searching and I find that the most common suggestion is to load the NordVPN app (or any VPN provider) on the box, logging in and setting it up. However, I already have a VPN subscription loaded on an ASUS router and have VPN fusion configured to provide VPN across my entire network, including the Ethernet port that feeds the TV and android box. My box however stills buffers and doesn't load the service. Do I have VPN coverage from my router or do I also need to load the VPN app on the android box?
TIA
