Android Version Upgrade Help

My G Pad is still on version 4.4.2 how do I get it to update? I'm wanting to upgrade to 4.4.4 or 5.0.

Go into settings/about tablet/system updates and check for updates....if there's one you can download and install.

Thanks found it but it says there's no update available which can't be true. Even to just go from 4.2 to 4.4.

I'll check the link out.
