android voice control?

Is there anything like Siri or blackberry's voice control for android. 'OK google' is cool for searching, but wondering if there is anything that lets you use voice control over apps, like for example saying "Remind me tomorrow, 10.00 am, call John doe' etc. or 'set calender, tomorrow 10.00am..' ?

Is there a way to make Google now work more like Siri? Google now understands me better but appears to be missing some functionality. Let's say I'm driving and I dictate a text. On Siri I can ask her to read back what I said so that I can edit it if it has mistakes. Best of all, I never take my eyes off the road. With Google now, it doesn't seem to want to read it back.
