Android Wear 1.4...lost features

I lost the ability to manually disconnect/connect the watch to my phone, and the battery stats are gone. Also don't see the watch face selection anymore. What were they thinking??

Strange. I have 1.40.2412408.gms, and I can see watchfaces and the Connect switch. But I don't see the battery option any more, either. I have a Zenwatch, but I don't think that should matter.

That is SUPER strange. But I think I read somewhere that others still have that functionality after the update. Maybe it's phone dependent?
