Android won't load past Logo! HELP!

That's about it as for the problem. My sisters phone loads up the android logo but after that the screen goes black, what's up with that?

Take it back to T-Mobile. As long as you haven't tried to root it (if you don't know what that is then you didn't) they should replace it under warranty.

Have you tried to perform a factory reset? If not try that first before going into a store...
