Android won't turn on after factory reset, what do I do?

Android wont turn on after factory reset, what to do ?

I have Y300 Huawei and after I did factory reset(because it was stuck on logo screen), my phone wont turn on at all now.
If I plug it in via usb, my computer makes the "Failed to connect sound" and thats all.
I tried charging the phone, nothing, no lights, no nothing.
Does this mean battery is dead or the phone died and I should get new one ?
