Angry Birds Lite NOT on AT&T Market?

I heard Angry Birds was coming to Android and I got excited. I went to the market tonight and searched for it, and couldn't find it. Ended up finding a link to an .apk file here on AC and used the AC Side-Loader to put it on my phone.
Is anyone else on AT&T having problems finding it in the market?

It didn't show up in the Market for me either, but I did find it at AppBrain.

Yeah it wasn't there for me either. I used Appbrain to get it. You have to push it from your computer to your phone though. Naughty ATT!

I thought it wasn't in the market because it's in Beta. I doubt its absence has anything to do with ATT.

Yep, using a T-Mobile Vibrnt rooted and it has OCLF and I could not find it on the Market, is this an issue with my device or is it the market? I had to get it on the XDA forums

I have my captivate using the T-Mobile marketplace but I just downloaded the apologize and installed it right from the internal storage! I cannot wait until there is a paid full version!

When I click the link for the app in Appbrain, it says Not found. Bummer.

Some say if you pull your sim, and use wifi you will find market apps not otherwise shown.

I have market enabler and it's still not shown.
People have said it's not showing up because it is in beta. Dunno

Contacted the developer of angry birds about the game not showing up ion market. They responded saying that it seems to be issue with at&t users. They are looking into the problem.
I downloaded the apk of angry birds from comments section of the article on angry birds on this site. works great on my captivate. with bigger , more colorful screen it looks better than iphone version.

if you are getting the .apk off appbrain you need to have the fastwebinstaller app on your fone too. not sure itll work unless you have the sideloading restriction removed.

I'm not sure how accurate this is because I use Market Enabler and it still didn't show up.
Maybe I just don't understand the problem I guess.

I'm guessing this has nothing to do with AT&T discouraging Android users from having access to a game that is very popular on their flagship device.

C'mon AT&T, I reeeeally want to believe these conspiracy theories are a load of bull. They seem to be doing everything in their power to convince me otherwise.

FIX!!!
I also had trouble finding Angry Birds on the market (un-rooted Captivate)
here is how to solve it

Download & install BOTH of these apps
1. Appbrain
2. Fast Web Installer (it's an addon for appbrain that allows you to remote download from their website on a PC. )

Open appbrain first, make sure it works, then close and open F.W.I.

at some point it will ask you to link it to your Google acct..... Do it.

Then (from a PC) log onto the appbrain website

make sure you're logged in

Search for "angry birds"

MAKE SURE YOU LOG ON FROM A PC, otherwise you likely wont see the [install] button

Press the install button (mine started to downloaded in about 30sec)
