Angry Birds on HTC Wildfire

Thanks to a tip I found in the reviews in the App Market, I can now happily play Angry Birds (and Angry Birds Seasons) on my Wildfire. It would load up for me, but all I would see is the very bottom of the game all the way at the top of my screen. I could hear the music and that was it. I thought I'd share the tip so others can play.

To get it to play do the following:
1. Start the game.
2. Wait for the displaced start screen.
3. Hit the power button twice. (Once to go to standby, once to come out of standby.)
4. Unlock the phone.
5. Enjoy!!!

I imagine this would work for other qVGA screens that may be having this problem. Enjoy!

I don't think its the screen that's messing you up... But glad you got it working

I thought that since it was a lower resolution screen it just wasn't rendering correctly. What do you think the problem is, and is there a better solution? I'm still learning my phone so am open to ideas.
