Animation scales?

It's not actually speeding up the phone per se. Changing the animation scale is the equivalent of watching a video in fast forward mode. The rest of your phone's actions won't be affected.

Yeah, I am aware that I did not overclock my chipset. But since the S10 and the latest Apples hit higher performance marks on benchmarks (single core at least, for the S10), most of the "performance" we talk about day to day is how snappy a phone is...with 90hz and abbreviated animation scales, this phone feels so much faster than it was before when doing daily things, like switching between apps or opening the app tray.
 
I dont see why mess with animations when one plus 7 pro is already a fast phone .
 
Because it's even faster? I've switched back a couple of times and it's noticeable. I wouldn't say better - preferences are preferences - but the speed difference is very noticeable. But to each their own.

Yeah guess your right everyone has different taste . But those phones are sick fast lol
