Seriously, it must show a new uncycled (?) battery performs better with the same capacity, and maybe KitKat has improved things but with 9 month old batteries it was hard to tell.
I will get me an Anker as well. I was going to get a charger and sd card on Amazon UK on top, but I can't find a chrger.
I am sure the Samsung would be as good, maybe, but I like Anker. Thanks.

I have been using the Anker battery for about a week and I like it! It may be wishful thinking but it seems to charge faster and hold a charge longer than the OEM battery. I bought it on eBay from Ankerdirect for $13.99 with free shipping! They also offer a package deal with 2 3200 mAh batteries and a charger for I think $25.99!
They also have a very good warranty, I believe 18 months!
I don't think you can go wrong!

I almost bought one last year for a GS2 but bought a Samsung which didn't last well, like the original.
@Almeuit linked the Anker twin pack with charger a while ago, but I can't get that pack here or order from the US. Yet I can get the single battery on Amazon UK from Anker Direct also. Maybe they won't make a charger for here.
Single battery is £12.99. Samsung is £10.96. Definitely gonna do it, this year

Yep, I've got one too and am very happy. Extremely cheap and I can't tell the difference between this and the stock battery in day to day usage (this is a good thing ).
