They may have removed it because they changed something and the preview is different from what The end result Rom will look like.
Also, I may be getting a bit greedy, but would it be possible to port the ics running apps list? or is that an excessive amount of work?

Yes sorry on the numbering mistake on SW, you would think as much as I am playing SWTOR right now I should be acutely aware of all things SW. OK TOR is set several thousand years before SW the movies, but its still all good. As my first decree as King of Pop Culture I say let there be Hydro Rom

Nobody wants a ROM that has problems, so a little time to make sure that does not occur is a small price to pay.
I admit, the suspense is terrible but we just gotta push through.

I know all my other previous contacts have been for help, but by now I feel like I could take my phone apart and put it back together with all the help that Ive gotten LOL! J/K, but I'd REALLY love the chance to help test any of the beta versions. (I LOVE BETA. Weird, I know hehe)

In a word, yes.
Short answer: No.
Long answer: Maybe. Since HydroROM uses LS670 ZVH radio libs, the radio wouldn't work. The next best thing to do would be to port our changes to the Optimus V stock software.
I understand you guys are busy but I donated Thursday and still haven't heard anything on beta download...
