Annoying Ads

In the last few weeks, I've had ads appear in the top right corner of my phone. I've uninstalled any recently installed apps, plus tried malwarebytes as well as anti adware app. Nothing has stopped them appearing. I'll attach screen shot of an example. This one appeared when I was taking a photo. It appears anywhere though - texting, chrome, gallery etc...
