annoying beeping while charging

I got the phone and everything was going great for 3 days and now all of sudden it lights up the screen and beeps about every 15 seconds when plugged into charger. now to avoid this I used the wireless charger n it was fine. My question is how do I fix this or do I need to return the phone and get a new one
