I'm having this annoying issue with my notification bar, when my screen is off and I awaken it, if I pull down the notification bar down, I can't close it back up. I swipe it up, and bounces back down. I have to unlock my phone for it to close. It's annoying because most of the time my phone is on the desk and I want to check notifications. So I actually have to pick it up and unlock it. Anyone else?

Very strange. You may want to shut it down and then clear the cache when restarting (Hold down the Power, Vol Up and Bixby button all at the same time until you see the Android Recovery page with a list. Use the volume buttons to scroll to the one titled "Wipe Cache Partition" - careful the one next to it is "Wipe data/factory reset". Click the power button to choose the option. It will wipe the cache and then choose Reboot System Now).

Hopefully that will clear the issue.

As another thought for a workaround, rather than unlock your phone just to close the notification panel, can you just push your power button to turn the screen off again? I would think that would reset the panel (until the next time anyway).

Using a case?

you enabled swipe-down on the fps to show notifications, and its stuck? But not when the phone is not lying on a flat surface?

Are you using a different launcher than the stock ? Also, I had a similar issue on the top with a tempered glass I installed a cheap one from Amazon. Dont remember which one. It kept squeezing the top. When I would press the side it would desqueeze it.

Just realised mine does the same, I've never noticed as I never drag down the notification bar while locked. i just pushed the power button again when done and turned it off. i figure if you wanted to interact with the drop down notifications, you'd unlock the phone anyway

Yeah, I know it's not a big deal. I noticed it while dragging down to turn on Bluetooth. Like you said I can just turn the screen off and it fixes the problem. I guess I was just curious to see if anyone else has the samething happen.

I had the same problem a few times when I had the stock settings. But maybe it's a coincidence but I haven't had it happen again since installing Goodlock.
