annoying notification symbol

How do I disable the bubbles that appear on the screen that don't go away until I click on it and it brings up a window with the message that created the bubble. This is different from the bubbles that display a partial piece of the notification and disappears within seconds, this looks like an icon

That's Smart Pop Up View. Just to into your phone's settings, go to Advanced Features and enable/disable as you please.

I actually like this new feature. You can go in and tell it which apps can use it. I wish they would take a little further and allow for skinning the look of the window/content. The icon actually comes from the app that the notification is for. So different apps/different icons.
