Annoying ringtone issue!

I am noticing that whenever I set up custom ringtones for certain people or my default ringtone is changed. Whenever I power down my phone everything goes back to stock? This is really annoying.. Are there any fixes or workarounds? Are any of you experiencing this as well? Let me know. This is the only really annoying bug my phone has...
