Annoying Startup Sound

Is there anyway to turn off the annoying sound when you turn on your phone??
Wakes everybody in the house.. don't need a sound to tell me my phone is starting.

That's odd...my AT&T Note 20 and Note 20U are dead silent on startup, unlike the days of old. I don't believe I did anything to silence them, I just figured AT&T finally got a clue that NO ONE wants to hear that.

If when you switched it off your device was on Vibrate or Silent, so when you turn it on it would not make a sound.

You would need to be rooted to do this , just leave it silent or vibrate like above post mentioned.

My phone restarts once a week. I don't recall hearing any sound...
Just restarted it. Okay, there is a 1 second muted muffled ding dong sound.
My phone is unlocked.
