Annoying video clip partially running in the background on site

There seems to be some kind of video clip that tries to run in the background of the Forum. Every few minutes I hear a quick bit of audio from it...kinda annoying. I'm running Windows 7, Chrome browser with Flash disabled.

The Home Depot Lifeproof Carpet ad played full length, an earlier partial clip of an ad was for some kind of poll. Again, Flash is disabled.

Our ad partner takes care of approval and delivery in most cases. When things like the above are spotted - we report them right away. Thanks for the help!
