Annoying voice when using chrome

I was wondering if anyone could help me...

Ive had the nexus 4 now for around 3 weeks, and completely love it. However, once annoyance I am experiencing at the moment is when using google chrome.
Anytime I visit a website, there is an annoying mans voice which speaks out loud, saying the website address im on, and any links I click. I have tried to find an option in the settings menu to disable this, but am still unsuccessful.

Go to settings and accessibility maybe, not sure but go around the settings and you'll find it (don't have the Nexus 4 yet)
clear cache too if you want
