Just noticed, when I synced my galaxy nexus with my Gmail, I saw that it pulled in all of my photos from Google + into my gallery, and one of those albums was the instant upload album. But since I've had my galaxy nexus, the camera photos don't upload via instant upload anymore. I have that option checked in the settings and I'm still not able to get instant upload to work. Any suggestions anyone?

you probably dont have it enabled for mobile network and just wifi. go into the settings and make sure that mobile + wifi are check for photo and video and then click the manual upload and see if that works.

Yea I checked that and its set to both network and Wi-Fi and it still won't do it. :(

Clear the data/cache for settings for both Gallery and Google+, then redo the process. It should be there.

Did it and it works! Thanks so much!!

No problem! That's also how you can get rid of instant update photos and such; clear everything, then when you reload Google+, don't select instant update (or delete the photos you don't want in the instant update folder and stream).

Please help. Both my wife and I have the Galaxy Nexus on Sprint. My phone is fine but my wife's is having the same issue. Her photos will not automatically upload to the Instant Upload folder. She likes to have that for posting photos on G+ when on the computer.

I have checked all settings. It is enabled for mobile and wifi. I have cleared cache and data on both G+ and on Gallery. I have cleared to factory version of G+ and re-updated. Nothing works. I can, however, manually move the photos. There is a folder option for DropBox when choosing upload folders. I have not installed DropBox on her phone. I don't know if that is an issue.

Any thoughts?
