I was finally able to make the jump from the BlackBerry Storm to an Android device and I chose the Thunderbolt. I absolutely love the phone, and I have found ways to do most of what I need; but I have one question about playing music that I can't seem to find anywhere.
On my old BB, when I was listening to music I could press and hold the volume up button to skip a song without having to take it out of the holster, unlock it and press the skip button. I instinctively did this while using the TBolt and the only thing that happened was me nearly blowing out my eardrums :-\
Currently I'm using Winamp (I love that I can wirelessly sync with my PC using this). Is there a way to get this feature? Do I need to use a different music player to get this functionality?
