Another Noob?Anyone Use AirMail?

Has anyone heard of AirMail? I was going to download MSNBC but it stated that the application requires AirMail to enable real time notifications. When i pressed for more info it stated something about it's a control panel and once it's installed you have complete control over how you experience notifications or alerts. Airmail is a hub where you can customize how you receive alerts from each app with AirMail push enabled. I uninstalled MSNBC unti I get feedback on this. Thank you all in advance

I have it installed. I have it set for just delivering "Breaking News". You can configure to send other things from MSNBC also. I don't notice it using much battery, if that's what you are looking for.

Just like you can get alerts via text message, this delivers the info to your notification bar with a link for more info to get to MSNBC.
