The warranty is 1 year, not 90 days. I am getting mine replaced tomorrow for a minor defect

The bar was too thick (big) to start with. That in itself screams Trouble.

All baloney. A bunch of these phones have been sold. Google has a good warranty. This and other stories like it are making a mountain out of a molehill.
