Another reason I like the Note over my iPhone 4s

I got mine last night.
I ran a speedtest this morning and got 50 down and 10 up!!
That's probably twice as fast as I was getting on VZW.
I hope it stays that way

Damn that's fast! Coming from VZW in the same spot with a tbolt this is twice as fast.

WOW! That's amazing. twice as fast as my DSL. When I had the note I could barely get reception yet you are getting those kinds of speeds. Saying I am jealous is an understatement.

I just boxed my iPhone 4s up and put it in the closet too. I've switched back and forth with my Note 4 times now. Back with the Note permanently I hope.

Got LTE working nicely here now. Only thing I dislike is how fast it'll go through the data cap.

Damn I can't wait to get to an actual LTE area. I'm seing 7-8MB dwn and 1MB up on HSPA+... You guys are some lucky bastards.

Yea, I think I just shed a tear. I'm going to drive the the nearest LTE area this weekend just so that I can enjoy some of that LTE goodness!

Maybe you guys can help sway me lol. I have an iPhone 4s which was just replaced numerous times because Apple quality has slipped. Anyway, I am growing more and more sick of it each day. The note looks awesome but I don't know about the size. After playing with it for a few minutes in the AT&T store I wasn't sure how I felt. I also own an 'new iPad" so I don't need a tablet. So what made you guys jump ship? I plan on buying at no commitment from AT&T and then sell my 4s.

Anyone using the Speck Candyshell case?

I never advocate big purchases while there's doubt involved, it usually turns out to be regret later. Trust your gut feeling. If its the size that's problematic have a look at the SkyRocket HD and HTC One X. Both are schedule to land on AT&T anytime now.

The only way to know if it's the phone for you is to try it. You really can't tell too much by holding in the store. When I first walked out with it I thought that I had made a big mistake, I felt it was way to big to carry. Within a few days it felt normal and there was no going back after that.

I just spoke with Amazon wireless and they do NOT charge a restocking fee nor do they make the buyer pay for return shipping. This coupled with the $250 price, no CA sales tax and ship for free makes it a very good possibility

Yeah the speed is pretty impressivewhen coming from a 3G phone. I just wish you could turn LTE/4G off when you wanted too. There are times when I really don't need it and the option to save abattery life would be nice.
