Yalervp: I got fed up with the customer service(Call Centers) and emailed them directly(its located on the verizonwireless site) I explained that I wanted to speak with them on the phone about the call centers behavior towards me and how they did not listen to a word I was saying, even after multiple trouble tickets opened and about 4-5 replacement phones. Call Centers will not give you anything but the same device as a replacement. Try the email. Be nice and firm, if you want to be called by them, then state that. Describe your problems with the phone and that a replacement device will not be acceptable.
