Answer calls with Gear but use wired headset on phone for audio

I almost always have my headset with me, how would I answer calls via my Gear S2 but without using its speaker and mic and instead have it default to phone's headset/audio.

If the phone is not set to forward to the gear, you can answer from the watch as long as the headphones are paired or plugged into the phone.
